Mr Bach is the founder of AsiaInvest Group. He is a gifted expert with nearly 30 years working in corporate governance and finance, of which, over 11 years as Chief Financial Officer for Multinational Corporations and Telecommunication Firms such as TNT, Hutchison Telecom, HT Mobile.

Mr. Bach is Director of Alliance of International Corporate Advisors (AICA) in 2012 - 2013; Area President for Asia of International Association of Financial Executives Institutes (IAFEI) in 2011 - 2013, Board Member and Vice Chairman of Vietnam Association of Corporate Directors (VACD) in 2019-2023; Founding Chairman of Vietnam CFO Club (VCFO), Board member of Viet Nam National Real Estate Association (VNREA) 2016 – 2021, Advisory Panel Member of China-ASEAN Business Alliance (CABA) 2019 – 2021.
Lam is the Chairman and Partner in charge of tax and consulting practice in Vietnam. Lam worked for one of the Big Four since 1992 prior to joining RSM Vietnam and has over 30 years of experience working with multi-national corporations and Vietnam clientele in all sectors. Lam specialises in providing clients in local tax advice and other compliance issues relating to inbound investment.

Lam has advised many multinational companies on their investment structuring, investment strategies, foreign investment regulations, international and local tax planning and compliance. He has represented various companies and industries in their representations to investment and taxation authorities in matters relating to foreign investment and taxation policies, interpretations and Lam has worked, and enjoys, an excellent working relationship with various authorities.
Huong Vu has particularly in-depth understanding of local regulatory system and various tax and investment regulations. She leads a team of experienced and multi-disciplinary professionals in servicing clients. Huong is involved in:

Tax due diligences and international tax structuring advices for cross border transactions in areas such as tax effective acquisition, transfer pricing planning, reorganizations, M&A etc. She has provided sell-side and buy-side transaction assistance and helped clients achieved tax optimization for investment and exit strategies.

Tax review, tax controversy, tax litigation support. She has an exemplary reputation in the market for her capabilities in representing the Firm, clients or specific industry to negotiate and provide technical analysis to local and central tax authorities for tax rulings & tax incentives

Inbound investment including market entry, exit, business expansion, tax incentives including negotiation with the Government to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Quynh Anh is the President of InvestPro, she is also Vice President of the Vietnam Bar Federation, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Economic and Financial Committee of the Vietnam Bar Federation.

Mrs. Quynh Anh is the first Vietnamese who received the Award by the Federal President of Austria of the Decoration of Honor in Gold For Services to the Republic of Austria.

Annett has advised many multinational companies doing business in Vietnam, including investment funds, companies operating in real estate, insurance, retail, pharmaceuticals, services and manufacturing. She has assisted them in structuring their investments in Vietnam as well as provided assistance in tax planning, tax health checks and tax compliance matters. She has also advised on M&A deals and provided tax due diligence reviews

Annett has substantial experience in international tax, including the structuring of inbound investments into Vietnam and advising on holding company structures. She has led numerous tax due diligence and tax health check projects. Annett is heading PwC Vietnam’s indirect tax practice.

Hoang is a Tax Partner and leads Financial Services Institute of Deloitte Vietnam Tax. Hoang has over 25 years of experiences in tax compliance, tax planning, tax controversy, finance, and business advisory services to the needs of multinational businesses operating in Vietnam in a wide variety of industry such as manufacturing, FMCG, banking and financial services, telecom, etc.

Hoang maintained a close and long – term working relationship with various tax authorities in Vietnam, both central and provincial, by frequently sharing knowledge, experiences and information about International tax practice. Hoang actively contributed to the contributions of comments / recommendations to Ministry of Finance regarding draft tax regulations via Vietnam Business Forum, VTCA etc. Hoang is a regular presenter at Tax Dialogues with representative of Minister of Finance as well as Leaders of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Authority.

Hoang is included in Expert Guides “Tax Controversy Leader 2018”. Hoang is the President of the ACCA Member Committee in Vietnam, and is admitted to the ICAEW. Hoang is also a member of CPA Australia, VACPA (Vietnam). Hoang holds MBA degree (Beta Gamma Sigma recognition) at University of Hawai’i Shidler College of Business and an Advance Diploma of International Tax by CIOT (UK).
Minh is Partner in charge of Tax & Business Advisory Services at Mazars in Vietnam. With nearly 20 years of professional experience at one of the top auditing & accounting firms and Mazars, Minh has developed into one of the leading Tax advisors in the Vietnamese market, with class leading skills particularly in International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and International Trade. His projects include market entry services, multinational group transaction restructuring, M&A, tax compliance and advisory, transfer pricing review and documentation, tax audit assistance for clients, and customs review and compliance.

Minh is Vice-Chairman of the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham), Executive Committee Member of the Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce (CEEC), Board Member of the EU-Vietnam Business Council, where he involves in supporting European companies doing business in Vietnam via various advocacy activities toward Vietnamese Government agencies, and to promote business cooperation between Vietnam and European countries.

Minh is currently a member of the Asia-Pacific Committee of Praxity Alliance (one of the largest global Alliances of accounting firms in the world), in charge of regional transfer pricing engagements, and promotion of Praxity firms in the region.
Minh is a member of the Prime Minister’s Advisory Council in Administrative Procedures Reform.

Trang is Tax Partner of EY Consulting Vietnam. Trang has provided transaction tax, tax restructuring and advisory services to multinational organizations in diversified industries including logistics, real estate, manufacturing, financial services.
Trang has extensive experience in advising clients on investment and tax structures during entry and exit phases.

She has also actively engaged in assisting clients with tax and regulatory compliance requirements during their business operations in Vietnam.

Her sector experience includes manufacturing, distribution, tax system, investment, market research, international business, agriculture industry, banking industry and financial services.

Mr. Dung has had more than ten years experience in providing Corporate Tax, International Tax and Transfer Pricing services for local and multinational companies in many industries and sectors in Vietnam, including manufacturing, trading and retail, construction, etc. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Mr. Dung spent more than seven years working for one of a biggest accounting firm in Vietnam.
 
Mr. Dung is mainly responsible for consultancy engagements including licensing advisory, taxation review, tax restructuring, M&A tax, customs advisory, Transfer Pricing compliance and advisory for local and multinational companies in Vietnam.
 
Mr. Dung has also strong experience and knowledge working with local tax authorities in order to support his clients for Tax, Customs and Transfer Pricing inspections.
 
Mr. Dung also has been involved in giving the feedbacks to the local policy makers for making tax policies.
